How do I find my transaction hash?

Transaction hash is the unique ID recording each transaction on the blockchain, including NFT purchases, sales, and order cancellations. All gas fees paid will generate a transaction hash.

If you require any assistance from Coinstore NFT Marketplace on your transactions, we’ll need you to provide the transaction hash for reference.

To get this value you may refer to the website of Etherscan.

How do I find my transaction hash on Etherscan?

To begin with, you’ll need your wallet address. This can be found in your crypto wallet or below your account name on Coinstore NFT Marketplace.

Once you know the wallet address on Coinstore NFT Marketplace, copy and put it in the search bar on Etherscan.io. 

Next, you will be redirected to the dashboard page of the wallet address. In the bottom left corner, you’ll see the transaction hash below the “Txn Hash” column.

Next, you can copy the long string of transaction hash and attach it to emails sent to Coinstore NFT Marketplace.

Please remember to copy and paste the entire transaction hash instead of using screenshots.
